In continuation of my Confidential Despatch

of the klst. ultimo, I have the honour to inform you that the Code referred to on pages 13 and 22 of the Confession made by

Douwes Dekker and the letter of introduction referred to on the

latter page and in the statement made to the Captain Superintendent of Police have been received through the Consul for the Netherlands

The Code and letter. in original have been sent to the Government

of the Straits Settlements and copies of the letter have been

forwarded to the Military Authorities here, to the Goverment of

India and to His Majesty's Minister at Bangkok.
